Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Pace ("the Service") is provided by FRESH STUDIO, obrt za računalno programiranje, dizajn i usluge, vl. Zoran Borojević, Đure Basaričeka 6, 48000 Koprivnica, Croatia (OIB 86421848407, MBO 98022555, Croatian Register of Crafts (Obrtni registar), VAT ID HR86421848407) — "Fresh Studio", "we", "us". By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Pace is — and what it is not

Pace is a personal finance planning and education tool. You enter your own transactions and figures; Pace organises them, computes statistics and projections from them, and explains general rules such as budgeting, a safety fund, diversification and the tax rules of the country you choose.

Pace does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice and does not give personal recommendations to buy, sell or hold any particular financial instrument or crypto-asset. It does not hold, move or manage your money, does not connect to your bank or broker and does not execute transactions. Projections, ranges and examples are estimates based on the figures you enter and on stated assumptions; they are not promises of any result. Every financial decision is yours — where it matters, consult a licensed professional.

3. Waitlist and access

The Service currently opens by invitation. Joining the waitlist gives no right to access or to any particular date: invitations go out in waves at our discretion. We use your waitlist email only as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can leave the list at any time with the link in every email.

Members who used Pace before the closed launch keep free "founding" access. Any future paid plan will be offered separately, with its price and terms shown before you agree to it; nothing is charged without your explicit consent.

4. Your account

You need a valid email address and a password, and you must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@pacewealthapp.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for your own lawful personal purposes.
• Do not try to access other users' data, bypass access controls or disrupt the Service.
• Do not scrape, copy or resell the Service or its content.
• Enter data you are entitled to use; you are responsible for its accuracy.

6. Your data

Your financial data is yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as set out in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete your account and all data at any time in Settings.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — software, design, texts, the guide and its methods — is the author's work of Fresh Studio and is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it for as long as you have access.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is in active development and provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, be added or be withdrawn, and the Service may be interrupted for maintenance. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every calculation, rate, tax rule or market price is complete, current or error-free — tax rules in particular change and are shown with their review date.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by Croatian law, we are not liable for decisions you make or for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including losses from relying on projections or estimates. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including your rights as a consumer.

10. Ending use

You can stop using Pace and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or endangers the Service or other users; where reasonable we will tell you first.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect; the date below shows the current version.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in Koprivnica, Croatia. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live or your right to bring proceedings there.
